About the role
Rivanta Global Business Services is hiring an Oracle Fusion Financials Programme Director to join a migration onto Oracle Fusion Financials.
What you will do:
- Lead data conversion of opening balances, suppliers, customers and open transactions
- Run requirement workshops with finance stakeholders and turn them into a signed-off solution design
- Own period-close readiness: reconciliations, accounting rules and month-end runbooks
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 15–25 years on Oracle Fusion Financials, with hands-on Expenses and Tax
- Experience with United States localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups
- Working knowledge of Smart View / FR Studio, Essbase / Calc Scripts
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
