Oracle NetSuite CX Solution Architect (SuiteCommerce)

Vardhan Power Utilities is hiring an Oracle NetSuite CX Solution Architect (SuiteCommerce) to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle NetSuite CX roadmap. What you will do: - Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement - Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows - Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 10–18 years on Oracle NetSuite CX, with hands-on SuiteCommerce - Working knowledge of SuiteScript, Excel, REST APIs - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Permanent engagement, hybrid in Abu Dhabi.
