About the role
Harborline Shipping is hiring a Freelance Oracle NetSuite CRM Lead to join a greenfield Oracle NetSuite CX implementation.
What you will do:
- Design lead-to-order and service-request processes with sales and service leaders
- Set up dashboards and reports that sales and service managers actually use
- Run UAT with field and inside-sales teams and refine the design
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 8–14 years on Oracle NetSuite CX, with hands-on CRM and SuiteCommerce
- Working knowledge of SuiteScript
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Freelance contract: 34 weeks, 20 hours a week, hybrid.
