About the role
Desertrose Retail LLC is hiring an Oracle Fusion CX Solution Architect (Incentive Compensation) to join an Oracle Fusion CX upgrade and re-implementation.
What you will do:
- Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems
- Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement
- Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 10–18 years on Oracle Fusion CX, with hands-on Incentive Compensation and Intelligent Advisor
- Working knowledge of Visual Builder Studio
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Part time engagement, hybrid in Manchester.
