About the role
Pinewell Capability Centre is hiring a Freelance Senior Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant (Subscription Management) to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle Fusion CX roadmap.
What you will do:
- Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement
- Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows
- Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 5–10 years on Oracle Fusion CX, with hands-on Subscription Management
- Working knowledge of Fast Formula, Groovy, Smart View / FR Studio
Freelance contract: 25 weeks, 40 hours a week, remote — global.
