About the role
Southwind Mining is hiring an Associate Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant (Marketing (Eloqua)) to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle Fusion CX roadmap.
What you will do:
- Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement
- Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows
- Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 1–4 years on Oracle Fusion CX, with hands-on Marketing (Eloqua)
- Working knowledge of Groovy, Smart View / FR Studio, Essbase / Calc Scripts
Contract to hire engagement, hybrid in Sydney.
