About the role
Sarvat ERP Solutions is hiring a Freelance Associate Oracle Fusion Marketing (Eloqua) Functional Consultant to join an Oracle Fusion CX upgrade and re-implementation.
What you will do:
- Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems
- Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement
- Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 1–4 years on Oracle Fusion CX, with hands-on Marketing (Eloqua)
- Working knowledge of Smart View / FR Studio
Freelance contract: 23 weeks, 20 hours a week, remote — global.
