Oracle Fusion CX Programme Director

Orchard Lane GCC is hiring an Oracle Fusion CX Programme Director to join an Oracle Fusion CX upgrade and re-implementation. What you will do: - Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems - Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement - Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows - Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook What you bring: - 15–25 years on Oracle Fusion CX, with hands-on CPQ - Working knowledge of Essbase / Calc Scripts - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Permanent engagement, hybrid in Doha.
