About the role
Kestrelline Digital is hiring an Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant (Service) to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle Fusion CX roadmap.
What you will do:
- Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement
- Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows
- Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 3–7 years on Oracle Fusion CX, with hands-on Service
- Working knowledge of HCM Extracts, REST APIs
Permanent engagement, onsite in Manila.
