About the role
Gulfmark Infra Holdings is hiring a Freelance Trainee Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant (ME) to join our managed-services team supporting a live Oracle Fusion HCM estate.
What you will do:
- Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short
- Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results
- Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 0–2 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on ME and Core HR
- Experience with Saudi Arabia / UAE (GCC) localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups
- Working knowledge of Essbase / Calc Scripts, OIC, OTM
Freelance contract: 30 weeks, 40 hours a week, hybrid.
