Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect (Workforce Health and Safety)

Vardhan Power Utilities is hiring an Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect (Workforce Health and Safety) to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle Fusion HCM roadmap. What you will do: - Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live - Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows - Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 10–18 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Workforce Health and Safety and Strategic Workforce Planning - Working knowledge of FBDI, Fast Formula - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Contract to hire engagement, remote within India.
