About the role
Brightmoor Advisory is hiring a Freelance Oracle Fusion Help Desk Technical Lead to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle Fusion HCM roadmap.
What you will do:
- Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live
- Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows
- Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 8–14 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Help Desk
- Working knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, REST APIs
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Freelance contract: 35 weeks, 40 hours a week, remote — global.
