About the role
Sarvat ERP Solutions is hiring an Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect (Career Development) to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle Fusion HCM roadmap.
What you will do:
- Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live
- Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows
- Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 10–18 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Career Development
- Working knowledge of FBDI, Fast Formula
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Permanent engagement, remote within Germany.
