About the role
Halcyra Pharma is hiring an Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect (Career Development) to join a migration onto Oracle Fusion HCM.
What you will do:
- Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results
- Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units
- Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 10–18 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Career Development and Dynamic Skills
- Working knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
