About the role
Aurenza Global Services is hiring an Oracle Fusion Talent Review and Succession Lead to join an Oracle Fusion HCM upgrade and re-implementation.
What you will do:
- Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end
- Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live
- Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 8–14 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Talent Review and Succession and Career Development
- Working knowledge of HCM Extracts
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Part time engagement, hybrid in Abu Dhabi.
